If your shipment is damaged or missed by UPS, USPS or Fedex, please file a claim with your local office. For items being missed by UPS, USPS or FedEx needs to be checked with neighbors, family members, local delivery staff prior to register a compliant. If the items are still missing then need to register police compliant and with the FIR need to register an official compliant with service provider. Then give us a call or send us email with the proof, so we can work with you any items that were missed or damaged.
